Every business runs a second set of books.
Not the financial ones. The hours nobody bills for and nobody tracks. They never appear on a profit and loss statement, which is exactly why they keep leaking cash. Check what happens in your week and adjust the numbers. This math is yours, not mine.
Check a few rows above. Most owners land somewhere between eight and twenty hours, and most of it is buildable.
Custom solutions, built for how your business actually runs.
Not a subscription to somebody else's software. Not a tool you have to bend your process around. A solution shaped to the work you already do.
Intake and onboarding
New clients move from first contact to fully set up without you touching every step.
Documents in, data out
Contracts, invoices, statements, and forms read and turned into structured information you can use.
Reporting that drafts itself
The weekly summary, the monthly review, the client update. Written first by the system, finished by you.
An assistant that knows your business
Trained on your documents, your policies, and your history. It answers the questions your team keeps asking.
Follow-up that never forgets
The message that should have gone out on day three goes out on day three, in your voice.
One post, every platform
Written once in your voice, shaped to each account, scheduled and posted without you opening five apps.
Reviews that ask for themselves
Happy clients get asked at the right moment, in the right words, so your reputation grows without you chasing anyone.
A dashboard built around your business
Your financials in one view, beside the operating numbers that actually move them, pulled from the systems your business already runs on.
Connective tissue
Your systems talking to each other so nobody retypes the same information twice.
I do not only advise on this. I build it.
Two applications I created, one now launched and one in build, both made the same way I build for clients.
Praise Patch™
Turns satisfied clients into public reviews and testimonials without anyone having to chase them.
In buildSkoolSocial OS™
One post, written in your voice, shaped and published across every social account you run.
Both are built the way I would build for you. Ask me about either one when we talk.
How we work together.
You tell me what is slowing you down
Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. You do not need to know what to build or anything about AI. You only need to know which part of your week you would hand off tomorrow if you could.
I read it personally and reply
Every submission comes to me, not to a queue or an autoresponder. I reply to every one personally by email, and from there we find a time to talk.
The map
I trace the process end to end and show you where the hours actually go. You get a clear picture of what is worth building first and what it is worth to you.
The build
I build it, test it against your real work, and adjust until it holds up on your worst day, not just your best one.
The handoff
You own it. I document it, train your team on it, and stay available for the next thing you want built.
I came to AI from the numbers side.
For years I have worked as a fractional CFO, sitting inside other people's businesses and reading their books line by line. That work teaches you something most people never see. You learn where the money actually goes, and it is almost never where the owner thinks it is.
I read a business the way I read a profit and loss statement. Every number tells a story, and the story usually points straight to the non-billable hours. That is where a business leaks cash.
So when you ask whether AI can help you, I am not starting from the technology. I am starting from the ledger. I look at what the work costs, what it returns, and whether building something is genuinely the better investment. Then I build it.
That combination is rare and it is the whole point. A developer can build you anything. Someone who has lived in the financial side of a business can tell you what is worth building.

The things people ask me before we talk.
Real answers, including the ones that do not flatter me.
What does this cost?
It starts with a conversation about what your business actually needs. From there I scope the work, we walk through the details together, and everything goes in writing so you know exactly what is being delivered.
The cost is clearly defined before any work begins. No surprises and no invoice you were not expecting.
I will not put a number in front of you before I understand your business, because it would be a guess.
How long does it take?
That depends on scope too. A focused automation can be running in a matter of weeks. A dashboard that pulls from several systems takes longer, because the work lives in the connections, not in the screen you end up looking at.
You get a realistic timeline before you commit to anything. I would rather tell you eight weeks and mean it than tell you two and miss.
Do I need to understand AI, or be technical at all?
No. That is the whole reason to hire someone to build it.
You need to know your business and which part of your week you would hand off tomorrow. I handle everything else, and I train your team on the finished thing in plain language, not jargon.
Will this work with the software I already use?
Usually yes. I work with the systems businesses actually run on, from accounting and CRM to scheduling, document storage, and the tools specific to your industry. When something does not connect directly, there is often another way in.
If something truly cannot be connected, you hear that during the mapping step, before you have spent anything on it.
Is my business data safe?
That is a fair question and you should be asking it of anyone who touches your systems.
Your data stays yours. I work on business-grade platforms, I do not put your information into tools that train on it, and anything sensitive is covered by a signed agreement before I touch it.
Do I own what you build, or do I rent it?
Either one. Some businesses want to own what I build outright. Others would rather pay monthly, and my own platforms, like Praise Patch, work that way.
We talk about which one fits your situation, and whichever you choose is written down before any work begins.
What happens after you hand it off?
This is the part most people skip, so it is worth reading twice.
Software is changing faster right now than at any point I have worked through. Platforms update, connections break, and what runs beautifully today can fail quietly next quarter. A solution nobody maintains is not a permanent asset. It is a slow leak.
So I document everything and train your team, and for most builds I recommend a monthly maintenance plan that keeps the thing working, updates it as the underlying tools shift, and improves it as your business changes. If a build genuinely does not need that, I will tell you.
Will this replace my team?
Almost never. What I build usually takes over the work nobody wanted in the first place, the retyping, the chasing, the copying between systems. That gives your people back the work you actually hired them to do.
If cutting headcount is the real goal, tell me up front so we can be honest about whether I am the right fit.
What if AI is not the right answer for my problem?
Then I tell you.
Sometimes the fix is a better process, or a setting you are not using in software you already pay for, or hiring a person. I would rather give you that answer for free than sell you a build that does not earn its cost.
There is no hard sell waiting on the other side of this form.
I read every submission myself and I answer every one personally. If AI is the right tool for what you are dealing with, I will show you exactly what that looks like. If it is not, I will tell you that too, and it costs you nothing to find out.

Tell me what is slowing you down.
You do not need to know what to build. You do not need to know anything about AI. You only need to know what part of your week you would hand off tomorrow if you could.
Thank you. It is in my hands.
I read every one of these myself and I answer every one personally. You will hear back from me directly by email, usually within one business day. Talk soon.
