The short version
This is a one page website with a contact form on it. The form is the only place we ask you for anything, and there is no account to create and no password to set.
If you fill it out, it comes straight to Shelly and nowhere else. It does not go to a mailing list, an automated sequence, or a sales team, because there is not one.
We do not sell personal information to anyone. We never have and we have no plans to.
What we collect
When you fill out the form
Every field on the form is required, because we read each submission in full before replying and we need enough to understand who is asking. The form asks for:
- Your name, email address, business name, phone number, industry, and what you sell.
- Where you are with AI right now, and what is taking the most time in your business.
- How you heard about us, so we know who to thank.
The hours calculator
The calculator on the home page runs entirely inside your own browser. Nothing you check or type into it is sent anywhere while you use it, and nothing is stored on your device. If you then choose to submit the form, a summary of what you checked travels with it, so we can see where your time is going before we reply. If you do not submit the form, it is gone the moment you close the tab.
What we do not collect
There is no account to create and no password to set. We do not ask for or store payment information at any point, because nothing on this site is for sale.
What we do with it
We read it, we reply to it personally, and we keep it so we have context if we end up working together. That is the whole list.
We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not enroll you in an automated sequence. We do not use what you tell us to advertise to you, and we do not pass it to anybody who wants to sell you something.
Who else touches your information
A small number of providers make this site work. Each one only receives what it needs.
- Vercel hosts this website and serves these pages.
- Resend delivers your form submission to our inbox.
- Namecheap hosts our email, which is where your message is stored once it arrives. We read it in Outlook, which connects to that mailbox.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this page, which means Google can see your IP address when the page loads. This happens whether or not you use the form.
We do not give your information to anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to and are permitted to tell you.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This site uses what it needs to serve the page to you. We may also add analytics, so we can see which parts of the site are useful and which are not, and we may run advertising that uses cookies to measure whether it worked.
When we do, this page will describe what is running and why. Where the law requires your consent before those cookies are set, you will be asked for it first, and declining will not stop you from using the site or reaching us through the form.
We do not sell what any of that collects, and we do not use it to build profiles of you beyond understanding how this site is performing.
How long we keep things
Your form submission stays in our email while we are talking and for up to two years afterward, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. If we work together, your information is kept for as long as our engagement requires and for as long as the law requires afterward.
You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will, within thirty days. Some records may remain in encrypted backups for a short period afterward before they age out.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@aiprofitgarden.com and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are in California, you also have the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, and to not be treated differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
If you are in Nevada, you may tell us not to sell your covered information. We do not sell it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you are welcome to write to us and put it in the record.
Security
The form travels over an encrypted connection, and the key that sends your message lives on our server, never in the page you are reading. Your submission lands in a business email account protected by multi factor authentication.
Nothing is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you without undue delay and as required by applicable law.
A word about what you send us
This form is the start of a conversation, not a secure channel. Please do not send account numbers, passwords, tax identification numbers, or your own clients' confidential information through it. Tell us what is slowing you down, and we will set up a proper way to exchange anything sensitive once we are working together.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not for anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will remove it.
Where your data lives
Our servers and our email are in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed here.
Changes to this page
If we change it, we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email address, we will tell you rather than hoping you notice.
