These terms cover this website and nothing more.
They are not the agreement for consulting work. If we build something together, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both of us, and that agreement controls wherever it differs from this page.
Sending the form does not create a contract or a client relationship. It starts a conversation.
Using this site
You are welcome to read this site, share it, quote it with attribution, and use the hours calculator as many times as you like. You may not copy it wholesale and present it as your own, scrape it, or try to break, probe, or overload it.
The hours calculator is an estimate, not a measurement
The calculator does arithmetic on numbers you type in yourself. It multiplies your own estimates by forty eight working weeks. It does not measure your business, it does not know your business, and it is not a promise of what you would save.
Nothing it shows you is a quote, a projection, or a guarantee of any result.
Submitting the form
Sending the form starts a conversation and nothing else. It does not create a contract, a client relationship, or an obligation on either side. We read every submission and reply to each one personally.
Because nothing is confidential until there is a signed agreement between us, please do not send account numbers, passwords, credentials, or your own clients' confidential information through this form.
Do not submit the form on someone else's behalf without their permission, and do not use it to send unsolicited sales pitches.
What we own
AI Profit Garden™ and the AI Profit Garden logo are trademarks of AI Profit Garden, LLC. The design of this site and the words on it are ours as well. Using the site does not transfer any of that to you, and you may not use our name or logo to suggest we endorse or are affiliated with you.
What you would own
If we build something for you, you own what we build. Ownership is settled in your engagement agreement, in writing, before any work begins. This page is only telling you that the question gets answered in writing and never left vague.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising out of this website, meaning reading it, relying on it, or using the calculator on it, is limited to one hundred dollars, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages.
This limit applies to the website and to nothing else. It has no bearing on work we do for a client. If we build something for you, how liability is handled and what insurance is carried are set out in your engagement agreement, negotiated in writing before any work begins, and nothing on this page reduces any of it.
Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is true, they apply only as far as they are allowed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us agree to that.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
